Beware of this company; they are the most shameless I've ever encountered. I rented one of their properties for about a year and a half, and I had to break the lease because a neighbor was making life miserable for me and my family. I informed them of this problem several times, and they did nothing about it. Even though I decided to leave and lost my deposit for breaking the lease, and even though they knew this wasn't the first problem with these neighbors, after I left and resigned myself to losing my $2000 deposit, I received an estimate for an additional charge of $380 for painting and a lock. It seems abusive to try to charge me more money when I had to leave because of a problem they couldn't resolve. The property is 2140 Sherwood Forest Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL 33415. Stay away from this property and this company if you don't want to experience the worst period of your life.
