HORRIBLE experience – Do NOT Trust This Property Management Company!
I can’t even begin to express how horrible my experience was with this property management company. They are completely unprofessional, untrustworthy, and disrespectful in every sense of the word. From start to finish, it complete nightmare.
First, their unprofessionalism. They were disorganized, never responded to emails or phone calls, and when they did respond, it was always short and dismissive. I had to repeatedly follow up on simple issues, and even then, nothing ever gets resolved.
Their courtesy? Also non existent. They treat tenants like an inconvenience rather than valued customers which we are. There was never any apology for delays, mistakes, or poor service. Instead, I was met with rudeness and excuses. They made promises that they never kept, and when I raised concerns, I was ignored or told outright lies and have proof of it.
As for attention to detail, they clearly have none. They failed to address maintenance issues promptly, and when things were finally fixed, they were done poorly, often requiring repeat visits to fix what should have been simple repairs. Their attention to the property was beyond neglectful—everything from cleanliness to safety was overlooked.
Lies and deception seemed to be the core of their business model. They promised me things that never materialized, such as repairs, updates, and assistance with various issues. When I asked for clarification, I was given one excuse after another, all while they continued to ignore my requests.
Honestly, I wouldn't trust this company to manage anything, let alone a property. I regret ever renting from them and strongly advise anyone looking for a reliable property management company to stay far, far away from this one. You will be left frustrated, lied to, and completely dissatisfied. Save yourself the headache and find someone professional who actually cares.
